How we verify every manufacturer

Only verified manufacturers can publish products, post public RFQs or send quotations. Here is exactly what our team checks — and what happens when something isn’t right.

Policy

ManuLink is a marketplace for manufacturers only. Before a company can publish products, send quotations or post public RFQs, our verification team checks:

1. Statutory identity — GSTIN (validated against the GST portal format and PAN embedded in it), company PAN and CIN/LLPIN where applicable.
2. Manufacturing evidence — a valid factory licence or Udyam registration showing a manufacturing activity, plus recent factory photographs or a video walkthrough.
3. Certifications — ISO, IATF, BIS or other certificates are checked for certificate number, issuing body and validity.
4. Duplicate & fraud signals — GSTIN, PAN, phone, email and address are compared with every other account. Matches with rejected or suspended accounts are escalated.

Approved companies receive the Verified Manufacturer badge with the verification date. Trust levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold) reflect the depth of verification and trading history. Verification can be suspended at any time if complaints are upheld or documents are found to be invalid.
